Sim card memory full

I just got an email from my mom, I don't have the slightest idea why she thinks I would have the answer, but she asks...

I got a message on my phone today that said Sim card memory full. How do you get it back again? How do you clear the memory? (I know these are probably idiot questions...but you know...)


Anyways, I don't know what phone she has or any other information than that, so, can anybody help? :p:)

Edit, I lie, I know its a samsung becasue I've stolen her charger.

    She probaby has either too many messages saved on it or too many photos. Tell her to delete some.
