Well the title says it all, for me two things come into mind
This from Wikipedia
And a Woman at work saying she accidentally sent a letter to someone saying their tax code had been changed 'In accordance with the scriptures'
Oh and a crazy man at work asked me if I knew 'Elf Script'
How about yourselves?

The term "emo" has also been used in recent years on the Internet as a form of derogatory insult, especially toward those who appear emotionally unstable, or those who talk about issues in their lives to people in public forums or chat rooms. Similar to popular curses, it tends to be used as a general insult even when it is not directly applicable. Phrases such as "cheer up, emo kid" are used frequently as a quick brush-off in this context.

And finding the asst. director pharmicist (i thought they were supposed to be smart?) licking self adhesive envelopes... and finding out he'd been doing so for the past few weeks.
ETA: I dont even think the correct word used in that sentence would have made sense actually. lol
We are performing tomorrow, and we're all panicking now.
Yus! Me too.
And one of my kids who had toothache: he decided to prod it with a paperclip until it bled. Only that child would do that!
Yes, I am sadistic
I giggled at that
He then decided he needed ice for it, so I sent him to the medical room, thinking I would get at least 10 minutes of peace. But no. He came back 2 minutes later stating that the ice was too cold :yeees:
And what does he expect?
A miracle from God, knowing him.
Goodness knows. I just wanted 10 minutes peace
Damn child had no sympathy. He caused the pain himself!
No shit, Sherlock.
I love it when people state the obvious
Apparently she meant a watch battery; the flat circular ones.
It's our assistant manager, he's a nightmare for it.
He'll watch you slicing bread for five minutes, then he'll say 'you're doing slicing are you, Laura?' No, no I'm not. It's an optical illusion.
One of the best examples I've been told is when he actually watched a girl I work with take a rack of continental bread out of the oven. Then he says to her 'Sarah, your conti's there.'
It makes us go :banghead:
Me three!
Workmate (boring the face off me) - "blah blah blah...what do you think?"
Me - "Chicken Tikka Masala"
Workmate - "Eh?"
Me - "I'd say about 15"
Workmate - "Ehhhh?"
Me - "Why are post-its yellow? They're gonna taste great!"
Workmate - "Are you ill?"
To which I start humming The Dambusters tune.
Other than that, not a lot. I think I bitched quite a bit today :nervous:
Jazza's avatar, I don't really know why.
also watching my cat get strung out on catnip and chasing around a tootsie-pop
Its was 2am dude. What else is on that is entertaining?! Channel 5 save the day with NASCAR, commentated by Redneck. Hyuk! (Yes, one of them actually did that.)
But it is the best sport in the US  Except when the Formula 1 heads over there... then you guys get to see cars turn! Round corners! ZOMG!
possibly only funny for me.
[20:17] <lea_uk> did you?
[20:17] <lea_uk> haha
[20:17] <lea_uk> you reminded me of a mate saying that
[20:17] <lea_uk> it's the kind of thing he would say online
The above amused me muchly.
