Is there a website which tells you which drugs you can and cannot take together. For example sleeping tablets alongside antidepressants, or weight loss tablets along with sleeping tablets etc?

You can ask a pharmacist or phone NHS direct. I don't know of a one-stop-shop website though.

This should be in the Health board...

...but anyway you should always tell your doctor if you are taking any other drugs, or are planning to, when they write your prescription. As Randomgirl says, the best people to ask are pharmacists. Pop along to your local chemist and seek advice.

Sometimes these leaflets are really vague though. They are especially bad on OTC medicines but even some prescription ones are bad either because they are really vague or because they list too many things that don't really affect it.

What are you or someone taking and what are you bothered about mixing?
    I'll find out for you.
