lumpy bit in back

BunnieBunnie Posts: 6,099 Master Poster
its about as pleasant as it sounds! lol!
i have had a sore back for about a week now, and i thought i had just pulled something with working at my desk revising for so long. but tonight i decided to give it a rub, and to my shock and horror something lumpy moved inside me. :yuck: my housemate felt it too, and it knocked us both a bit sick!
nothing is actually getting rid of the pain, i.e painkillers and cushions, and i have been to the drs so much lately, i feel ashamed to show my face again! (its got so bad the receptionists know my voice on the phone!!) so i'm looking to you as my new medical experts.
ta very much
x

Could be a knot? Those are lumpy and painful. Massage. It might hurt but eventually it will dissapate... if it is a knot of course.
