Two questions:

How do you remove blackheads in a safe bodyily friendly way?

And how much good does exfoliating do?

    2 products I used when I was younger and got them
    Clean and clear black head scrub and their astregent for black heads. Worked like a charm.

    www.acne.org has a really good description of the best way to get them out.

    Washing regularly but not more than twice a day and not touching them is a far better plan!

    Exfoliator is good to use a couple of times a week unless you have redder/ more severe acne as you may find it aggrevates it.

    Body shop tea tree nose stuff that dries out and you rip it off.

    i think

    wait til the end of the day when your face is most greasy

    make sure you have a bit of nails

    frist stretch the skin and then gently push down and squeeze lightly

    if the bastard doesnt come out easily then its not the right time

    wash your face afterwards with exfoliating cream wtvr
