Raising some cash...

Right, I'm pretty much all set to start college in Sept. The only problem, is the fees.
I'm doing a diploma in Theatrical and Media Makeup and the kit is around £700, the fees about the same amount. SO, I'm currently looking for a job, again, and looking to raise some cash another way...

Any ideas? I'm already selling some stuff on ebay, like New Rocks, Prom Dress, Corset etc but need to think of some other ways to make a bit of cash... help!

I di done of those mystery shop things with a friend, it was easy peasy. Not sure that it pays very much though so you'd need to do a few to chip at your target. What about doing a car boot sale?

You could get a Career Development Loan out to help you with fees and living expenses

i can think of plenty of ideas which are not legal...
seriously though, you're best bet is a PT job... if you've doing that through your time at college / uni you should be financially fine for the duration of your course and fees you can normally pay in installments if you need to.

Do you know people who've done this, piccolo?

And actually made money? It sounds so genuine and yet I feel sure it must be a con...
I know, that's my problem. But a few people at my college talk about it - I haven't asked how much they've made off it.
