is anyone doing this for there exam preperation work? i'm stuck on Task 2 and our teacher is currently AWOL.

the bullet point i'm on is: How legislation will affect the use of photographs by Mr Smith in preparing public materials.

i have no idea what it's asking, anyone give me a break down of it pease?

    I did Impact of ICT on bloody everything in my "Double award Applied GCSE".... thing (Yeah I don't really know what the qualfication is)

    I'd guess at it being along the line of if theres any people in the photographs - do you have their permission for it to be published, who took the photographs - have you got their consent, etcetc. I can't be sure though.

    Probably more to do with copyright issues.
