Should I have received my Polling card by now? If I didn't get it does that mean I'm not registered or just that it's being slow?

    When I got mine it didn't come until 2 days before elections. Some come early, others don't.

    in this day and age ...thsat propably puts you in with a chance of being king of the world the way things are going.
