Because its suddenly got farking cold in this room and Im hoping my sleeping pills will kick in(3 packets should do it :thumb: )
I hope I have nightmares because I like to try and analyse them for some reason like they have a meaning....... :eek2:

    Its true I dont really take 3 packs of sleeping pills people..........althought the ones Im taking I think might actually WORK if I did!! :rolleyes:
    Im taking 2 now,hopefully they`ll kick in about 10ish time........if Im lucky. :chin:

    They are Healthspan Valerian plus :confused: Im supposed to take 2 a night for 2 weeks for "maximum benefits" but so far I havent noticed anything. :rolleyes:

    I've never had much luck with herbal based ones. But good luck with it.
