Thing for you guys with 360's wanna check this out :-
My brother and his mate went to dixons becuase his mate wanted a 360 where he got it for £40 quid deposit then you pay it all off the next year, they offered him Damage Coverage, for just over £1/month!!
They even gave it to my brother who didnt even buy a 360 and the guy in dixons said that it means they can pickup the 360, drop it out the top of their flat, and take it back to dixons and they'll replace it, even my borthers which he bought outta GAME.
I reccomend you guys go and see if you can get this in a dixons near you.

Also does your mate not have any contents insurance on his house? He may find his xbox was already covered.
