    It's not your place to go telling Tim or Steve's g/f. Personally I always feel that confessions of this order have confidentiality implied. I think that perhaps you should have a chat with her, because it sounds like she probably needs your help and support, she already knows that she's behaved badly, and doesn't need anyone to point it out to her.
