Measuring for a bra size..

I want to order some undies off La Senza, and have got my eye on a nice set, but I want to make sure I order the right size.
I don't have time to go to La Senza and try the stuff on, but I seem to remember my other La Senza bra is 34A, too big on the back, and if I pull it tight like it should be, slightly too small on the cup.
Obviously sizing between places differs a lot, I seem to be a 32B at the moment, but want to double check.
Anybody know how to measure for a bra size?

I'm considering getting measured at M&S, but I'm fairly sure the sizes differ based on what I have in my knicker drawer!

:eek2:
according to that i'm a 34b..no chance!!
I have to try bras on because sometimes i have to get a slightly different size to get a good fit. it can vary from style to style, let alone brand to brand.
same here, i measured myself as a 34B when i'm a 34E... :chin:
I just get mine measured professionally. Its far easier.
i've only been measured properly once (la senza) and she was crap. she said i was a 32E and got me some but they were wayyyy too small!! so i just tend to try on different sizes and get what fits me best.
Will try the one from La Senza and change it if it doesn't fit, seen as it's already been sent.
