Check out this funk shit, I can swim TWO LENGTHS under water (that's 50 meters, baby). And that includes the turn around half way through.

My lungs ROCK. As has been said, Doddie, the best way to increase the ability of your lungs is quite simply to use them. The more cardio exercise you do, the better they will become. You can also go and live in the Kenyan mountains for a couple of years if you REALLY want them to grow.

Oh and don't smoke. Naturally. Filthy, sickening, murderous habit of the devil.

HERE'S TO HAVING KICKASS HEALTH :yippe:

I go to the gym 4 times a week to do various excersizes, but the thing that has given me ssuch an AMAZING lung capacity is the fact i am a horn player!!

pick up a brass instrument is my best advice - i breathe for a living - should get my lungs insured shouldn't i?! haha :chin:

seriously though it is great for you tp be able to breathe properly - many people can take in a LOT more then they think if you use your diaphragm!!

    :p

Indians in the Andes have a massive lung capacity which is a developmental variation to cope with the thin mountain air.
