  Too much sugar? Not bein funny but we've a diabetic in the group and when he eats too much his hands start shaking really bad, bless him. He had four cans of Red Bull yesterday and came out of class an hour later shaking like washing machine.

  I have this sometimes. It's a uncontrolled acting of the nerves. A friend of me has it CONSTANTLY under his right eye. It looks like he's really really mad, cuz his eye is twichting all the time.
