What temperature can i wash towels at in the machine? Is it 60 or 90 degrees?

    there is no label they're my parents disgusting wedding present towels from the 70s :p i usually wash at 30 for energy saving but i want to get them really clean

    I would wash my towels at 60 degrees...if that cycle wasn't broken on my washing machine!! :rolleyes:

    Got it in one, there's really no need to do it higher than 40 if you've got decent washing liquid in there.
