I swear I heard today in the news that;
Two women got let off prison sentences for abusing a baby, one was 23 (the baby's mother I think) and one 19. They both got found guilty, or admitted the offence, however got let off prison sentences on the grounds that they too were abused as children.
I have looked on bbc.co.uk/news but cant find this story anywhere - has anyone else heard this today? is what I've written correct?
