Why can i not I acheieve orgasm?

So here is the stroy:
My boyfriend and I have been having sex since August of '05 and I have yet to have an orgasm. He is the only person I have ever had or done anything sexually with and I enjoy having sex with him very much, just not to the point of orgasm

We have tried different postions and had sex for various times ( typically 15mins-60 min) always very enjoyable never painful but just not to the point of orgasm for me anyways. So i guess I'm asking for advice he really wants me to have one and wonder if it is him, me , a combanation of the two, or an error in practice. So any and all advice is welcome
