In need of some anger management therapy at the min :). Ive been emotional (up and down) recently and one little thing has just set me off completely and Im about to go fucking bananas. Any advice?

    well whats made you be like this? try counting to ten before you scream/lash out! and a stress ball is always good, and listening to some chill out music could work.

    Exercise- really hard, like it's a punishment! put on some shorts and a t-shirt and go for a jog/walk, you'll have to keep moveing coz it's cold. Get to somewhere remote and scream or make yodelling noises until you feel better.

    Right-ho. Anyway, its time to chill. How? Easy, take some deep breaths for a bit until you feel better. Put on some chilling music. Punch bed until it gets some of that anger out, then do something you like alot, and is VERY distracting. :)

    ive a bad temper sometimes, if im really annoyed i'll just lash out at the nearest inanimate objects

    Feel a bit better this morning, I shut down the PC, shut my bedroom door, turned off the lights and lay in bed, as I knew if I spoke to anyone (IRL or on the net) I was just going to have a go at them lol.

    Yes this can be a good idea better with a heavy punch bag than a person,

    You could always try frenzid masterbation, or taking drugs.
