I just realized I have a big bubble butt. The rest of me isn't big. In fact, I've toned up and lost weight. No big anywhere else, but my butt is round and out there. Am I doing too much butt work? Doing the glutious muscle machine too much? How can I get myself a flat nonexistatnt a;ss?

    Sorry hun, you may just not have the genes for an ass of a 10 year old boy. Or, it may be that you're workin the glutes too much, because the ass reacts well to exercise. Has anyone else noticed this or just you? Because a lot of us girls think our arses stick out when they're prob just more noticeable to us.
    Embrace your ass! (though that may be quite hard to do...) More cushion for the pushin, and all that jazz.

    I want a bubble butt. But only if its toned and celulite free. At the mo I have a flatish but jiggly butt.

    I read earier on here that cold baths make you loose weight, maybe if you only stick you bum in the cold water, it will focus the weight loss to there:p

    Cold baths do not make you lose weight- that's just silly. the amount of cals it would take to warm your body up would be less than a piece of toast!

    Embrace it girlies. My boyfriend announced earlier my bum isnt big enough. Not because he cant accept me for who Iam.... but because he couldn't use it as a pillow to watch the rugby without putting a cushion over it.


    I was less than amused.

    flat asses are rubbish.

    everything else aside, they are totally ineffective at holding up your trousers. i long for the day when mine grows back and i can for once leave the house without a belt.
