Does anyone know any good advice websites on starting your own business? Things like information on loans, government grants etc. Plus what sort of thing the bank/loan company would expect when presenting them with a business plan etc and all of the other things you need to take care of.

Well obviously the English don't have a country to sponge off to start up their own businesses

but I guess it should have plenty of stuff that'll be similar. Cheers for the link, I'll take a look.

There is a special charity that gives young uns grants. I can't remember the name of it, its a royal thing. To tired to tell, do research.

Buisness link give lots of practical advise of setting up and running your business, its a government website, but its quite good.

http://www.startups.co.uk/ looks helpfull. ALso I came across a grant gving body, think it was called limewire or livewire- just googled livewire and wasn't on first page though so...

they are pretty good, and have a decent forum too.
