I think it's a few years old now but I remember an advert on TV about 2 trailer park type Canadians. I also remember one clip where their standing outside a shop which involves something funny happening with a baby??

    I'm a little peed off now though, cuz now you've got me thinking of a movie with two white trash hillbilly guys as i thought that was it and now i'll be thinking of it until i can find the name, thanks alot :p
