:shocking:
This is attempted murder, and of course the policeman in question is at home on full pay. :impissed:

They always do though, don't they? So it's alright for them to shoot someone but if a member of public does it (whether in self defence or not) it's considered wrong...
Actually that's not true in the states. You can get away with shooting somebody whilst defending your property.
Look at the case in Liverpool of the naked man shot dead "in self defence". Quite what he was going to do to armed police, I don't know. Maybe he was going to shake his nodge at them provocatively.
Oddly enough, his family can't get justice, and the "independent" judiciary have denied his family access to the police papers that covered the murder up.
he probably will
But also COPS and The Sheild...
The Sheild rules :thumb:
The first inquest's open verdict ruling was quashed in the High Court.
The second inquest returned an "unlawful killing" verdict - this was also quashed
The CPS: "prosecution evidence is insufficient to rebut the officers' assertion that they were acting in self defence" this is despite the fact that the forensics on the bullet-holes indicate that Harry was in the process of turning around.
I am not against Police officers who are acting in self-defence and to protect the public but when there is evidence that they did not - then they should be prosecuted like any member of the public would.
YEAH IT DOES! NEW SERIES COMING SOON!
