Brazallian wax removal

Former MemberFormer Member Posts: 1,876,323 The Mix Honorary Guru
I had an accident and now my brazallian wax is all over my hands, the counter, the tub and what not, how do you remove it? I've tried hot water, soap, scrubs, nail polish removre, rubbing alcohol, chipping at it, any help?

Put some strips of fabric over it and then pull it off like that :thumb:

    Seriously though, no idea, sorry.

Yes. It's your own fault. Give yourself a damn good thrashing.

Then, is it like candle wax? Does it go hard? You could try this

Use a hair dryer to melt the candle wax on carpet (or a hard surface such as a table top or a floor). Wipe up the wax as it melts with a towel or cloth. Just make very sure not to overheat the carpet or surface!

Whereas a hair dryer is great for removing wax on a hard surface, people asked about how to remove wax from table cloths and other fabrics. An iron is the solution for removing wax from fabric. Place newspaper on both sides of the fabric to blot up the wax once it melts from ironing over the newspaper with a medium-hot iron. Replace newspaper as needed. Please note that you definitely do not want to use a hair dryer on anything flammable

Did you get it off yet or is it still there?

How did you get it off in the end (if you did)?

The blue "soothing after wax oil" It was called like azulene oil or something. Came off perfect, though by that time it was everywhere and I ended up using thw whole bottle, but now the bathroom floor is very very clean.

I'm definatly going to have to buy a bottle of baby oil next time to try.

Knowing you (as much as I do, anyway) you might spill that bottle on purpose just to try the baby oil solution. :p
