Can you get them? Or do they have to be machined on the the factory?
Normal buttons keep falling off.

you either attach them with a wee plastic tool that comes with them and a hammer, but i find that pretty shit, so i've got special pliers with interchangeable fixings. they're not cheap if you only want to put one button on, but if you're a bit crafty they are a really worthwhile investment, cause they attach eyelets, snaps, press studs, rivets and all kinds of exciting-ness.
