How do you guys deal with break ups?

    Delete all the persons text messages, clear out any stuff of theirs that I might have and try to forget about them. Easier said than done though!

    Heh same as really. It depends what kind of break up.

    If it was an okay one then usually just some space and distance then hopefully friends.

    If they were a knobber then delete text messages, phone numbers and avoid them.

    My last break up I deleted all sms, emails...
    Burned cards from every birthday, xmas, letters and shit...
    Packed all her stuff so she leave my flat faster...
    Put in the trash any items she ever bought for me...
    Recovered her name that was on a tatto...
    Blocked her mobile number so she can't call me...
    Broke some windows, furnitures and walls in my flat....
    Took so many pills having a drawning effects that ended up doing
    a OD and woke up in the emergency room...
    2 police men were needed to extract me from my flat as I was fighting like hell...
    Had to go live with my mate for 3 weeks so I had someone 24/7 to make sure
    I was eating properly and giving me the help and support I needed to get over it...
    Took me 3 months to properly get over it...

    delete messeges etc as the norm, but what is a pain is which i'm about to go through, she works for the same company as me, FUCK! lol

    NEVER get involved with people from work..... if you can help it!

    I'm not really sure, as I have never broken up with someone, only ever had one boyfriend who I am still with. But I have had crushes when I've been on holiday etc, nothing ever happened apart from in my imagination. But I stil got upset when we have to leave and I knew I never see them again. Many I would cry myself to sleep on the last night and for a few nights when i got home.

    I really think it would depend upon why we broken up etc...
