Cheesy music is what getting really pissed is all about, because only then do you really appreciate that - yes, despite thinking you hate it, you do in fact know all of the words to 'Dancing Queen'.

    I hate it as it's usually associated, in Bristol anyway, with the hordes of Jack Wills-sporting, lager-swilling, rugger-bugger dickheads that I tend to avoid like the plague.

    I was once DJing at a Uni Hall of Residence Xmas Ball and I'd been booked to play rock/alt which is what I played. I must have had 5 people come up to me and ask for cheese. When I told them that the cheese guy was on after me and that I obviously didn't have any as I'd been booked to play rock, they all looked really disappointed. Was Jefferson Airplane really too hardcore for them?

    At the same place I also had a guy ask for Less Than Jake when I was in the middle of playing some. Tit.

    I have to admit to liking YMCA and quite a lot of Hot Chocolate.

    Actually I like a lot of cheese but I don't know if it counts if you remember it first time around.

    Mine too :thumb: It was the anthem for me and my frends at uni. Saw him play live once at a club as well...everyone knew the words! Brings back so many fab memeories. Love it :heart:

    cheese is alright on student nights at clubs, wouldn't listen to it when not drunk though ... always fun if they stick bohemian rhapsody on :o

    I proper love 'I think we're alone now' by Tiffany (I think). Me and my friends always do a silly dance to the chorus which involves making running movements when the 'running just as fast as we can' bit comes on. Haha. Great fun.
