Has anyone ever used these things, I was thinking of maybe just trying them to see what they are like.

How often do you take them and what are the outcomes?

    my partner drinks them, he orders the protein from the internet. he works in the fitness industry so he needs them really, well if he wants to keep his build. it depends how much exercise you do i think, im not sure if using them without exercise would work. most ppl who work in that industry use them to stop their bodies using eating up their muscles for energy when they need alot of energy for the day.
