This isn't exactly of much importance, but im just wondering does it really make much of a difference if you take tablets eg- in the morning, or just before u go to sleep?

Do they still have the same effect if ure asleep?

    It will say when to take it on the dispensing label. If it doesn't specify then it doesn't matter.

    I know - but will they still have the same effect if you take them then go to sleep 15 mins later?
