    Open Windows Media Player and when the front page loads (let it load first or the player might freeze) click on "tools" in the top menu and select "Options". Click on the "File Types" tab and make sure the MP3 box is checked.

    If that doesn't help you can try going to www.rickygervais.com and accessing it from there.

    If nothing works i suggest you get a friend who knows about comps to help configure whatever is out of sorts so you can listen.
