I just bought an eye liner today from boots and once I had bought I went to work and opened it and discovered it was broken! I still have the reciept can I take it back?

    Depends on the store and their return policy. But I'd say most likely yes.

    you should be able to, although they may want you to exchange it for a new one and not a return!

    Yes Boots will exchange on faulty/broken make up. I know as I've work there for the last 3 years.
