everybody ive asked says best way to tone your tummy is crunches, i got one problem, i dont no what they are or how to do them can u guys plz help?

    It's where you lie on your back knees bent, feet on the floor and you bring your head and shoulders up like a sit up but bring your knees up to your chest at the same time. you can enhance the exercise by twisting to each side as you come up. Remember to warm up, stretch and cool down to avoid injury or sre stomach muscles (which will hurt when you cough or sneeze or laugh or try to do most things!).
