Apologies in advance, I thought there was a topic on this, but I couldn't find it.
So my period is normally just like clockwork. (except for last month when I came 2 days late but thats different) I'm always on Sunday, right after my 3 dry weeks. Exact. Every time. For years. However today, I started bleeding. I still have one full week until I should be broken.
Any ideas why this could happen?

Only thing I could find about a possible link is this:
"I was originally on Paxil, 10-20 mgs a day. Wanted to try the
Wellbutrin to quit smoking. Took it for 2.5 weeks, and did not like the
way it made me feel, so went off of it and went back on my Paxil.
HOWEVER, I haven't had a period in over a month. I am normally very
regular, clock-work, when it comes to starting my period. Has anyone else
experienced this problem? I surely can't take being pregnant, I'm 45 yo!!"

Sorry if that's no help. If you definately know you're not pregnant, go to your doctor in about a week or so.
arg, I knew I should have taken Fridays then, then just had an extra blank day. Silly me
