O2 crashes far too often... i mean, they even crashed on Christmas day....
Orange are far more "stable" as Orange are usually used by older people who send less texts...

But no, i didnt get any money from O2 today... think im due some soon though...

You should see them out here in Sweden. It is terrible! My phone is nothing more than a piece of junk nowadays.

I'm on a contract with O2 and as much as i love them (even though the picture messaging ability keeps crashing and i constantly have to start it up again) i'm thinking of going with 3.

For the same amount of money i pay O2 with 3 i'll get 500 more texts and 100 more minutes plus others. They also have better phones on offer. hmmmmmmm but im still not sure  Who else is with 3???

Still, I'm off to Orange once I've used it all up :D

3 dont have a full network up yet AFAIK, so they piggyback across O2s network. What that means in reality is that you're even more susceptible to poor network coverage etc. I cant say personally as Ive never really used them - but when you top up you have to use it in the month you buy the credit. They're not very highly rated as far as I know...

well im contract, and what the piggybacking does, means whereever you dont have a three mobile signal, you get an O2 one, meaning wider coveridge, plus when you have a 3 signal, its tends to happen in some places like innards of buildings where other phones wouldnt normally receive it

I'm on O2 pay as you go but I never got any 'reward'

How do you go about claiming a 'reward'?

Think you have to text a number or something.

They text you telling you about deals but there is one number you text calls50 to but i just can't remember it, it gives you 50 free minutes a month free.

    This is it
    Use Cleverates to call mobiles
Via dialling an 0844 access number (ie you needn't change your phone line) you can currently call any UK mobile phone from a home phone for 1p/minute rate than the usual 10p/min plus. This is almost certainly a loss leading intro rate, but grab it while you can.

ETA: I didn't realise it was different oops.

I got no free cred today and they took tons of money off me when I had contract with them. I am only still with thme coz I had a an o2 sim card to switch to when I finally got off the contract, and most people I know are 02.

I think to claim the reward you text "reward" to 50202
To claim free minutes text 'MORE' to 21300 to switch. (for more info see here http://www.o2.co.uk/productsservices/onlinetalkalotmore)

To claim a free treat ring 2211 and select one on the automated service

    I got £6.50.

Its meant to be 10% of what you topped up in the 3 months previous.
