can anyone recommend an insurer for a 19 year old, first time male driver who has done pass plus (i.e. me).

    Myself and most of my friends were insured with Tesco when we first passed our tests.

    I was just looking for bike insurance the other day. Confused.com will find you the one that appears the cheapest, but then haggle with them as much as you can. Phone each one up and get their best quote, then phone the other and tell them what you've got and see if they can beat it. Then go back. Keep doing that until you get the cheapest quote possible :)
