Sit and be fit

Now not the show really, but I'm going to be off my feet for a month. Walking to and fro from the potty room and my adored fridge is all I can pretty much do. So does anybody have any tips or anything I can do, even small, to at least attempt to stay in shape for that month?

    Everybody knows you have to eat healthy and work out to stay fit - it's common sense.

    Pick up a hobby that involves movement.

    Gym, Walks and maybe roller blading?

    Trying basic stretches or yoga will help to keep your muscles flexable while your off you feet. You'll have to look for websites because I dont know any or ask your doctor/physiotherapist what they suggest.
