Has anyone else got a killer cold at the minute? or had one.

any tips on a fast cure?

i've had it since saturday and still can't talk without sounding like my voice has broke (im a girl btw) and like i have a peg on the end of my nose.

I just want rid now :(

    mee, argh i been working everyday aswell, horrible...
    i'm getting to the point where i'll try anything, heard orange juice is good (vitamin c i guess)

    I've got one. Actually I'm one of those people that has a cold nearly all winter long. It sucks. Vitamin C is nice, so is nyquil ;p Just keep hydrated and a box of kleenex handy. And I find self pity always makes me feel a bit better ;)

    I drink lots of fresh orange juice for vit c, eat regular small meals to keep you strengh up, get as much rest as possible, wrap up warm when you go out and at night I Wrap my duvet really tight around me as it helps to sweat out the cold.

    Oranges arent as full of vitamin C as people think, kiwis have lots more per gram.

    well i'm going to asda in a bit so kiwi's are on the list.

    Went to the doctor because i had really bad ear ache, my ear was blocked and my ear drum instead of being flat was being sucked in by the pressure. nice!

    stupid cold.

    I think blackberries have the highest vitamin C count per gram, but good ones are impossible to get at this time of year.

    i do not, but I heard that "airborne" kills the common cold.. see if you can buy it near you, it worked for my aunt.
