what to do before i go insane

i am not well at all at the moment and so i'm confined to my room 24/7. besides sleeping, reading and pissing around on the computer... there isn't really much to do. so, i was hoping you guys could come up with some decent things to do that don't take a lot of energy, to keep me from going insane due to extreme bordom!
any suggestions wba...

    know how you feel mate, i've confined myself to my room for another weekend until i pay off this damn overdraft........i would say read but if you've had enough of that then stick some tunes on, or watch this new series called prison break, it's kept me entertained this week........sad life ay.

    These things are all done in the room though... Unless I misunderstood, she wants to do something outside.

    Maybe take a walk? If you have to, follow streets you haven't followed before and see where they lead. When I get very very bored, I find that a bit of city exploring helps, not to mention I might find something cool.
