I'VE GOT A PROBLEM DOWN BELOW....

Hi I just found this site. Seems to be full of cool people. Looks like the sort of place I would want to share things like this:

There's this girl I really like and I always bump into her at this club I go to. And my mate was speaking to her one night and somehow she confessed that she was a virgin. She also said she'd love to lose her virginity to a "nice guy" like me! But this isn't the main issue here.

Now you may be wondering about the desperatly unhappy face I have up there. Well I'm really nervious about her seeing my dick because I have some sort of rash on it!! I'm a virgin so I've not caught it from someone else. It isn't itchy at all and it isn't bumpy. I can hardly see the rash or feel it unless I stretch the skin. It looks like loads of little spots when the skin is stretched but they are not a very noticable colour.

I don't know how or when this started but I've had this for months. WHAT THE HELL IS IT!? What should I do?? Should I just hope it clears up (although I've been hoping for months now) or should I goto a GP or even a hospital?? Do you think sex is definatly off the cards??

Help me please. I will be so thankful for any help what-so-ever.

Thank you.

Well I would go to your GP if I was you, better safe than sorry and all that, although it doesnt sound TOO serious, its better to get these things checked out.

I'm not a doc so can't say for sure what's wrong, if anything. If the dots are red, it sounds like broken capillaries. They're very small arteries that lead off from larger ones to get blood to the cells and sometimes they rise to near the surface of the skin and can break. I've got one on my balls. I don't particularly like having it, but it's not a problem for me.
The best thing you can do is go see your G.P. If you can't, coz it's your G.P. or a woman or whatever the get yourself off to your local G.U.M.(Genito Urinary Medecine) clinic, also affectionately known as the clap clinic. I go to one regularly, I'm HIV+, and the people there are really nice. It's not like it used to be. They won't think you're dirty or a perv, just a young guy with a problem down below.
And just because you haven't had sex, doesn't mean you can't get a sexually transmitted disease. Oral Thrush and gonorrhoea, to name but two. Also you'll get FREE, yes FREE condoms there. Coz you WILL wear one won't you?

    Ok, dont panic....

If they are just small white dots on the testicles and underside of the penis, it is probable that it is merely hair follicles, where the hair hasnt pushed out yet. So you aint got a fatal disease, youre just growing pubes

But if you are worried go and see a doctor, or go to the GUM clinic at your local hospital. I dont think its anything serious, I used to have lots of white bumps there, it was just hair, but get it checked for your own peace of mind.

    Good luck with the girl

It matters not who won or lost, but how you place the blame.

    Hi SRSB

If you have had no sexual contact, and you don't have any allergies etc, then they are most likely to be Fordyce spots.

They are white or yellowish spots on the skin of the genitals and are thought to be caused by hormonal changes at puberty. They are very common, and completely harmless.

You can do a search using Google.com to find out more. If that doesn't put your mind at rest, a quick visit to the doctor is needed.
