What does everyone think of this hat? Its called the bakerboy on the accessories website..I keep seeing lots of art students dandering about with them on but are they alright for winter wear?

Can they be worn with anything or would they be too fussy?

So did I, til the wee sis walked in there and stuck her nose up at it. And her being the more fashionable sister I tend to take her advice. Damnit. I have £25 to spend at Accessories, from a birthday present...I'm not sure what to get now. :chin: Thanks for the input!

I agree with leah. It looked bad on 60 year old men working in the mines in the 20s and it still looks bad now. Actually, its worse now because girls and very flamboyant men try to wear them.

If you're planning to go driving in one of those 1920's cars then that's fine else I think you'd look like a tool in that.

I don't like them and I've never seen anyone with one on and thought it looked good. Personally I think the only person who could carry it off is Oliver Twist.

    not keen, sorry.

i think there are very few people who look good in hats. which is fine if you wear something 'can't be arsed like a beanie or a cap. but other hats usually look like you're trying for a great look but missed.

We'll say no more about it eh? You'll probably just embarrass yourself some more.

Perhaps its best if you ask my opinion first before venturing your own.

I wouldn't have had to if it wasnt for your comment about beenies. But I will for the greater good comment no further on hats.

It's a cute little hat, but would have to be tried on first to see how it would suit the person.

On me, I'd look like an extra out of Oliver
