does anyone know how long torn ligaments in your wrist takes to heal. I torn mine over a week ago and it still really hurts no matter how many painkillers I take. It is really annoying as it is my writting hand and at the mo I can't do anything with it.

    I've got a torn ligament in my ankle. I tore it over a year ago and I'm still wearing a brace for it. Get yourself a suport, like they have for arthritis, and take some paramol and ivbrofine
