Not an UTI... what?

Hey,
I've been experiencing pain in the bladder area and pain in the lower back so I went to the doctors for a urine test... the results came back, all clear... which has got me worried, if it's not an UTI what is it!?
I'm a virgin so it cant be an STI... can it?
I'm getting an appointment tommorrow, but I just wondered what you all thought in the meantime... (Follow on from: http://vbulletin.thesite.org.uk/showthread.php?t=83736)
Also cause no hard proof has come through doubt sets in... am I imagining it?! I dunno, but I know i'm worried... Could it just be a bad back due to my tallness and the other stuff due to me not drinking enough water?! I dunno...
