I'm always getting seriously bad pains in my stomach, often to the point I want to curl up into a ball. These happen quite randomly, and not normally after eating or whatever, so I don't think it could be indigestion.
I also always feel very sick in the mornings - my stomach feels like a washing machine. I'm not pregnant, because I'm still having regular periods.
Does anyone know what could be causing this?
I'm a bit hesitant about going to the doctor, incase it turns out to be heartburn etc. Though I have no idea what that feels like.
Any ideas?
