Pizza Hut fined for dirty kitchens

Story.

I'm sure they'll be sobbing at the £8,000 fine too.
Beep boop. I'm a bot.

I love the sense of humour which our legal system has.

    Best bits -
Defending Pizza Hut, Simon Antrobus said the firm, which has 526 outlets in the UK, relied on its store and area managers to ensure company hygiene policies were implemented.

"It's not us guv, we just collect the profits."
"There were clearly problems with management at a local level and this has been cleared up," he said.

Please ignore the fact that we are responsible for local managers. Thank you, please come again.
Ordering the firm to pay a total of £13,300, chairman of the bench John McGivern said they accepted that no members of the public had been harmed.

So theres no fucking legal case then. No plaintiff = no case.

Lol. No mate there has to be a plaintiff and that person has to be a person. there also has to be a defendant. Interestingly in this case, neither of them are real people.

    No evidence, see?

The plaintiff doesn't have to be an individual person in the sense you are meaning.

The Attorney General can act as a plaintiff. Trading Standards can act as plaintiffs. And they did do.

Don't now go and claim that the Attorney General doesn't exist, or that Leeds Trading Standards don't exist.

    Wouldn't dream of it.

Which of the attourney general's legal rights did I violate?

Where and when did he become attourney general?

Where and when did the queen get those powers to grant to him?

Who did she get them from?

If I ask for Leeds trading standars to come for cross examination, who turns up?

Blah blah blah...take no position - just ask questions.
