  Probably going to stir things up a bit here, but why do you want to "keep it up" for over an hour? Surely if your partner hasn't cum within that hour, she (presumably?) is unlikely to do so after, so perhaps you need to work on your technique rather than your stamina. However if she is having multiple orgasms, it sounds a bit selfish in not allowing you to to finish!!
  
  Anything that will delay orgasm and keep an erection is likely to contain lignocaine, therefore as a minor local anaesthetic will also cause a lack sensitivity around your cock, therefore you are going to feel sex is like throwing a matchstick down a minehole!! you are not going to enjoy it, therefore unlikely to satisfy your partner, ie. if you cannot feel what you are doing - therefore what is the point?? Surely sex is for the benefit of both partners.   Sarah, I acept fully your valid comment, except that any delaying sprays/pills etc, will do exactly that, therefore mbin is probably losing out, don't you think?

  I agree derby, just delaying the orgasm by numbing the penis means that mbin will be losing out. It would be better if he concentrates on making better love than just lasting longer.
