I need some help on a questions that I have been set for my presentation. The question is what is the role of organisations like turning point in influencing the agenda?

Also does anyone else know of any social care organisations.

Crikey that's a big subject area.

Look under the Campaigns and Policy section of the website.

You can Google for other similar organisations. There are plenty of so-called 'stake-holders' in social care.

afaik Turning Point have a department dedicated to policy and parliamentary campaigns etc. Cranstoun organise prison drug worker conferences (or at least they used to - they recently lost all their CARATS contracts).
