side affects of Azethioprine (Imuran)

Ive been on these tablets (1 twice a day) since october for my bad eczema+they've worked a total miracle on my skin. However, one of the side-effects is nausea and over the last 3 months ive gone through stages of feeling nauseous. it only happens for about an hour at a time, and only for 2/3days, but im worried. I dont want to be taken off this medication, as i know it works so well+it doesnt affect any other medication im on!!
Does this sound like it is an side-effect, or do side-effects happen constantly if they're present?
