Is dis normal?

After a recent baby scare i went on da pill wen i came on my period, That was 13 days ago and im still on! Normally in only on 4 5 days. is dis normal or shud i change my pill? Its gettin so annoyin that im finkin of stoppin da pill so i will cum off! Help!

    going on the pill is supposed to make your periods a little lighter and more regualr, however some girls do experience quite long periods (i.e 10 days).

    Don't come off the pill though - but make an appointment with your doctor so they can advise you. On average a girl tries about 3 or 4 different brands of the pill before she finds one that suits her body. There are lots out there, but don't come off it on your own acccord because you dont want another baby scare!

    Have you tried reading the leaflet you get in the packs? I'm on the pill and haven't had any problems (touch wood). I have to admit I'm not sure about your situation but if there's nothing about it in the leaflet then talk to your doctor first before deciding to come off it or nething.     I know just how u feel. I went on the pill not long ago and have two periods since then, both have been pretty bad too. Im going to the docter tommorrow so Ill let u know what she tells me!

    my mate's g/f was on for 2 months!

    That happened to me 2. Bled 4 a month then it sorted itself out. I think ur meant to wait 3 months till it sorts itself out if it hasnt then change

    Still on! Not a happy bunny! ive bin thru like 4 boxes of tampons! My mum does no im on da pill so she knows dis is not normal 4 me 2 b on so long! Hope its sorts out soon! Needin sex vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv badly!

    hope it gets sorted out.I wouldn't know how you feel i've never been on the pill.

    Well I went to the docter today and Im going on another pill. She has however told me to get to the GUM clinic and check a few things out just to make sure...she worried the shit out of me by advicing me to do this!
    Fingers crossed this new pill wont do the same, Ill just give up and not take any if it does <IMG alt="image" SRC="http://www.thesite.org/ubb/frown.gif"&gt;

    Can a girl start th pill on any day any then have unprotected sex 7 days after and be and b protected by the pill or does she have to wait till the 1st day of her period???
