    A lot of places just pay you your holiday pay when you leave. They don't actually expect you to take your holiday but when you cease to need temporary employment they just give you your accrued money as an addition to your last pay cheque. Just my experience though and I'm sure all companies are different.

    Yep you can take them between jobs, but you ahve to ask specially for them to do that. Otherwise they'll just be accrued until the time you elave the agency and they'll pay you them all at once then. Although I do seem to remember one agency being a little awkward with me about holiday pay so you are better off asking the agency you work for.
