Could some one help me?

Whenever i have a sexual intercourse with my parterner the penis looses very soon and deploy spams in Condoms before penetrating inside.

Please send help and methods to avoid this circumstances.

    I presume you mean you suffer from premature ejaculation, ie you cum before you are able to have sex. DO NOT WORRY - this is very common, usually caused by anxiety, the more you think and worry about it, the more frequent it will happen. Try to relax. Try to avoid stimulation of your penis, either by yourself or partner until you are ready to enter. Simply being too eager may cause this.
