Can anyone out there please help this researcher?
"Hi, my name's Tillie and I'm working on something called the sex book for the chapter on teenagers. TheSite.org have given me permission to ask you guys a few questions - answers from males and females are welcome."

    I don't generally use protection but after having to have an abortion I have used it eva since. I always get my protection from the local chemist and other leading places like Boot's etc. The best method I have eva used is plain and boring condoms as I was on the pill when I had my little accident. We are both quite responsible when it comes to the protection side so it's pretty equal.

    i am 20 and female!

    the only contreception i use is the pill which is supplied by my Doctor!

    I'm not exactly amazingly experienced in the sex department, i've only ever slept wit my current bf & we don't get 2 do it that often as we both live @ home. At the moment we use & always have used condoms, we both share the responsibility & usually go shopping 2gether 2 buy them.

    We have discussed me goin on the pill but @ the mo we both don't think its worth it as we don't get 2 have sex often enough 4 condoms 2 become an expense or pain if u get me!?

    I use condoms always. I prefer Trojan Superas as the heat transfer and the extra strength and feel are great. After telling my friends about them, they all thought it was about as good a feeling as without anything. non-latex rocks!

    ive been on the pill for almost 18 months, thats the only method i have used. i did try condoms with my first boyfriend but we had problems with them and he couldnt keep his erection.

    i get the pill from the doctor, it seems a lot better than worrying about the unreliability of condoms, or not having any when you need them and worrying that i might risk unprotected sex in the heat of the moment... this doenst give me the option. i know you have the issue of STDs which the pill doesnt protect against, but i generally have slept with people who have been virgins and not even had a girlfriend before, so im okay.
    Out of my mind. Back in five minutes.

    Hi, I'm 18 and male. My gf uses the pill, as thanks to an incident a year ago with my ex girlfriend I no longer have any confidence in condoms.

    i use condoms and i prefer my girlfriends to be on the pill

    i see it as the condoms stopping diseases and as the first line of defence for contraceptive and the pill as a contraceptive

    in some moments, we don't use the condom because of the hassle it causes

    my g/f is presecribed the pill and i buy condoms from any respectable pharmacy - boots etc

    im on the pill and have been for almost a year now. i get my pill from the doctor. this was after i had a slight accident with a splitting condom. since then ive been on the pill but thats the only contraception we use. if i ever do forget a pill, then we use a condom, or no sex which of course is the best of all!

    we're both quite responsible when it comes down to it. he's always got a supply of condoms handy, and i have a few at my house. although he buys them, well his mum buys them, she's cool like that... hope this helps!

    I'm 16 a virgin but in a 6 month relationship! im on the pill now just too make sure - it was my mums idea but i think i will always try to use extra protection aswell!

    I used to use condoms to start with but found they ruined the atmosphere and really slowed down proceedings. I am in a serious relationship with my gf and recently have been going without condmoms. she has been on the pill for a acouple of months but used condoms just in case.

    I have to say in my opinion theres no turning back. The sensual pleasure you get without is that much greater.
